Hi Team,
I need to show icons beside to the Section Layout Label field and that is a custom icon. How can I achieve the same.
I can see a parameter called Label icon in section layout ; but I am not sure how to insert a custom icon to it.

These are only able to use the built-in icons from the system icon collection. For "custom" graphics which you've provided yourself, you would need to use an image field or some similar workaround, though you would have to put it as a component within the section's contents (or outside the section in some way).
Yes, There is no way to insert custom icon. I tried using Unicode for a circle with letter inside. The only issue is that I am not sure how to get a unicode for a circle with two letters inside. I used below code.
label:"Legal Entity" &" "& char(127312)&"
the result is as below:
But I want both A &I inside one circle. I am not sure how to get unicode for it.
Yes, unicode is a workable solution for certain specific use cases, though at this point you're at the mercy of what pre-defined unicode icons already exist.
If there happens to already be one that does what you want, it will probably work, but that 100% depends on what the folks in charge of Unicode characters have decided - in other words, it's not up to Appian and not something you will be able to just "make happen" using the right code.
