Hi Appian Devs,I have long length dropdowns in the interface belowThe datatype in the backend for these dropdowns is of type text. But, as there are long length string values, in the evaluation of these cascaded dropdowns, I am getting the error below:Please let me know what is the probable reason of this error on the interface. Thanks in advance

Do you know how much data is being returned for these dropdowns? In general I'd be surprised if that is what is triggering the circuit breaker, because it's a fairly high limit.
Can you share the full expression for your interface and also share more context on what you expect the queries to return?
This is the interface output of the code that is mentioned above. The 6 dropdowns you see here is where cascading happens and the cascading code is invoking the circuit breaker as it is involving too many dynamic values in the dropdown.
If you have to many items in a drop down, I suggest to use a picker field which dynamically searches to matching items as the user types.
As per your recommendation, I tried custom picker, but it is not solving my purpose.
Also, I tried to insert the code using the insert code in the tab selection, i got the following error:
Ha I think it's probably failing because the text is too large. It looks to me like you're doing a single query up front that's getting all the data and then splitting / filtering it in your expression. Could you refactor it instead to do the queries for each cascading level separately? Then you wouldn't need to query all of the data up front and it likely wouldn't trigger the circuit breaker.
Hi Peter, Thanks for the right direction.I will try to reconfigure it
