I am using LightWeightNavigationSection pattern and when user click on the link like "Tasks" I am trying to load an interface which is having a formLayout, I am getting an error message like below attached (2nd screen shot).
QQ: Can't I load a different user interfaces when I click on each menu item, where I have a formLayout with 'Submit" button?

You are trying to use form layout inside columns layout which is not possible in Appian. You can use button array layout to add buttons to your interface to achieve your use case.
