Are you trying to get the value at a specified index of an array and that position is null? Without more information it's hard to give more specific advice.

I'm assuming this error is happening in a channel of the type: Web Content with Dynamic Data. If you edit the channel, you should be able to inspect the different expressions used in it and identify the issue. Based on the error message, it seems an expression expects a process variable to have a value, when actually the variable is null.

It might be just a matter of manually entering a value for the variable and / or adding validation to your expression to handle scenarios where the variable is null.
