New to Appian and I have a upload component on an interface to allow the user to upload a CSV file into a folder.
When I edit the interface and preview it to test it, it looks like this, which is as expected. I drag and drop the file and it shows the file name.
When I run this live like the users will do and drag and drop the file, at first for a split second it looks like the above but then shows this.
I am trying to figure out why, when it is ran live why it is not showing like it does when I edit the interface and preview it and run it there.
I need it to show the file when they upload, or drag and drop it in the component.

This can occur if you do not have an interface input defined for the variable you are using in the file upload component. I would suggest first to check your process model interface configuration for something missing such as:
