Forms: go to a field based on the selection in a dropdown field

Question

In the dropdown field &ldquo; Tiene discapacidad? &rdquo; 
 
 if I select &ldquo;SI&rdquo; then the dropdown field &ldquo; Tipo de discapacidad &rdquo; should be enabled 
 if I select &ldquo;NO&rdquo; then the dropdown field &ldquo; Tipo de discapacidad &rdquo; should be locked

Add this at Tipo de discapacidad required : ri!TieneDiscapcicaded <> "NO"
