The requirement - Have a dropdown in an interface say -> facility with values 1,2,3. Once I select a facility say "1", I shall show some grids and other objects below with links to other processes and interfaces, in the same interface. I click on any process link on the interface, complete my action and click on go back. I will come back to my first interface with the dropdown will the value that I selected initially -" facility 1" be still there or will it be refreshed. Is there a way to keep it on the selected value.

The best way to do so would be to simply use Related Action instead of Start Process Links.
An other option would be to open the link in a new window. Else the page would be reloaded after the process is completed
