I have a requirement to provide just a link to download a standard file (File uploaded to a folder which is there under KnowledgeCenter)
What is the best way to do this.
When I review the Appian document I found this. a!documentDownloadLink( label, document, showWhen )
Now, to the document parameter, how can I provide a path of the document?

Document ID in integer or a constant which points to that document.
The document which I have uploaded is having a document ID.
But, what is I move the document to the higher environments like UAT and PROD. Will the document ID remain same or will it vary.

If you have a document that'll be deployed to different environments, you will want to create a Constant to refer to it. The Doc ID will change between environments, but the constant refers to it by UUID which will remain consistent.
