I have this stored procedure output where the column names are dynamic and may vary according to date range and the column names also have to be printed in the interface in Appian
So can anyone help me with the way to print the field names in a dynamic way?

You should be able to return this with your stored procedure data in some way, and access it from your interface to use for setting of column labels.
