i created the editable grid, using that i want to send the data to the DB but my requirement is like with out using the Process model witch function i need to use in the interface,also if i delete the data from editable grid(in interface) it will reflect on the DB(with out using the Process Model) for that witch function i need to use in interface

Check out a!writeToDataStoreEntity() and a!deleteFromDataStoreEntities().
Note I never typically recommend deleting data unless required for compliance such as by HR or Legal. Alternatively, use an boolean active type flag to 'remove' it from the interface.
