Array has 460 items which needs to be displayed in grid but only the first record was displaying among all 460

Seems like your ri!users is a list-in-a-list. What data type is that rule input and where is that data coming from?

I could tell you to just use a!flatten() on that list, but there must be a root cause for that issue and solving that makes more sense.

Thank you for the response.

The ri!users is anytime and the data for that is coming from the Expression rule which is giving the user details as in Dictionary as output

Data are coming from the below expression rules and storing in ri!users 

I think that you should change your highlighted code to the following snippet. Then you should get a direct list of that user dictionaries.
