now up on a click of another button here I want to download the CSV file that is recently generated which is present in a folder, so How to get the document from a folder, to use in a!documentDownloadLink(), so that I can download the recent generated document

How do you create that file? I assume that function or process somehow returns the ID of that file. You would store that ID to a local variable and feed it to the download link.
