We have recently released our first Tempo application to our users. And, we have a issues with performance. We occasionally have screens / forms hang-up when the users are working with, or submit them. It can take between 3 and 10 minutes for the form to respond again. I've found that I can usually close the form and start over, and it works fine. But, doing that means the users lose all their work up to that point.

Has anyone else experienced this same issue? Or, have any suggestions as to how to resolve?

Do you see a specific pattern on where the behavior is occurring? Does it happen only on user input task?

If you are using a web server check to see if the web session is not being timed out.

I'm not seeing any pattern. It will happen either when the form is submitted, or when a simple field is being edited. It appears random, but occurs in all 3 environments (Dev, Test, and Production)
