I need to export record to excel file by default export option in another interface and store it in rule input, so that I can pass same ri!document to process model and can attach in email.Please let me know is there any way to achieve this.

I don't think you can do that. Because that document is never stored in Appian. You will need to create a custom document and then include it in the excel. Or maybe ask the user to re-upload it.
Also, it can be confusing to the user when they click on the download button and instead of download, it just gets attached to some email you are talking about.
