Options for triggering startProcessLinks

Question

I am looking for ways besides cards to initiate startProcessLink from a UI. Initially I was trying to replicate the look of Card Record Actions, but when I use a card layout I run into issues on mobile or smaller screens where the card becomes hard to read, or a scroll bar appears. Card choice field does not support links. 
 Or is there a way to remove the scrollbar from cards?

You don't necessarily need a card unless you wanted to simulate a button. Otherwise, either a linkField or richTextItem should do the trick.

Set the card height to auto. Other than this, there are several components that support links - Rich Text, Image, Icon, stamp etc.
