Tempo UI screen is keep on refreshing continuously while login to the tempo UI

Tempo UI screen is keep on refreshing continuously while login to the tempo UI directly or via designer interface.This issue is happening while the server is up and running.
This environment was working fine previously without any issue. Actually no changes was made to the configuration files. No error seen in the application server log.
But the tempo UI interface is not refreshing continuously in the administrator machine but the record tags are keeps on refreshing.
Kindly guide us on this issue....

Small correction on the above comments."Tempo UI Screen keeps on refreshing for all the users except the administrator of the system.In the administrator machine only the record tags are keeps on refreshing".
