Currently I have a requirement to provide filters for all the columns present in the Read-only grid which is like 25+ columns. To provide filters individually for all the columns it won't be a good practice any is there any alternative way to display the filter in efficient way.

Personally, I would challenge that requirement and ask for the purpose.
Why not create a collapsible section that allows to enable/disable certain filters using e.g. checkboxes. Once enabled the use can set the values.
