We are using a!iconIndicator to display icons such as happy_face, sad_face etc in our dashboard. We are able to see those icons in lower environment. But we are not able to view the same in prod. Anyone know what is the reason for this behaviour?

Is your PROD an on premise environment?
No Stefan. All environments are on cloud only
but the tested scenario is not the same with the prod grid. Are you using a readonly grind aka a!gridfield in prod?

so translated you use a!gridColumn() as wellare you using a a!imageField() or a a!richTextDisplayField() to show the icons?

ok. no specific clue why iconindicator is failing. but try richtextdisplay with richtexticon. i dont know if it is like that, but i can imagine that its more stabledocs.appian.com/.../Rich_Text_Component.htmldocs.appian.com/.../Styled_Icon_Component.html
I suggest to open a support case.

Just an update. This issue got fixed when the production servers were restarted.
