I am a Designer and I use Appin Designer to present interfaces to my team and get feedback. I need a way to record and store their comments somewhere in Appian Designer so I can go through them after our sessions and make the changes that were decided.
Is there any comment function in Appian that I could use for this purpose?

Perhaps it would be more appropriate to store these comments against the relevant User Story in JIRA (or wherever you change backlog resides) since a User Story is the vehicle for units of change across an application and can be handed over to the Dev team for development and then subsequently to the test team for testing and ultimately over for UAT testing.
