How can I show warning message in the top of the form I have two field one is region that is multiselected and another is geography that is single selection if I selected region like 3 value APAC,EMEA,NAM and after that I selected from geography NAM if both value are matched then warning message will be not shown if value are not match in both field then warning msg will be shown on the top of form

but i want that warning message on multidropdown selection and dropdown selection there value is not matched with both column
So you now need to create the validation logic that shows/hides that banner based on entered data.
It's pretty difficult to follow and parse all the intricacies of the use case you list here, to be quite honest.
I'll leave my own high-level advice of course, which is to look into using a!validationMessage() (along with the alternative method Stefan described already). The benefit for this is that it's very easy to have the error wait and show up only upon attempted form submission if you want.
