I am in the Design Library Editors Group but I am unable to add interfaces to the Design Library.
The check box is greyed out.
Any idea what the issue could be?

What does it say when you hover on the "?" or click on the Learn mode? Does it give you any reason why it is disabled?
Just tried accessing it after adding myself to the Design Library Editor's group and it is working as intended. NOTE: The screenshot is from the community edition.
