Is there a way in Appian to read the file upload setting from IOS app for the logged in user?

You don't do justice to your name.
Anyway, I did not get the requirement clearly. What properties do you want to read? The basic properties like the name, size, extension can be read.
I have highlighted in the screenshot. Its "Upload Size" in IOS mobile app
I think, this is a general setting for the Photos on IOS app and not related to the files that you are uploading in the application.
Yes, it is a setting on Appian App on the IOS phone. But it will affect the file size we capture thru the Appian app on IOS phone.
I am just checking here to see if there is any plugin available to retrieve that value.
As mentioned in the settings it is only for the photos. Why not keep it original and handle it in the Interface where you are uploading the file. You can try changing the settings and add a validation in the UI and check what validation it shows in the UI and verify if it has an impact on the file or not.
Yeah, we can do that. That is not the requirement here.
Client does not want any validation on file size restriction.
We have already provided instruction at UI level to choose the option as "small".
Client just want to know from the report about the users setting. So that they will know if anyone is not following the instruction.
You mean you would like to let user upload a file of any size but log that they did not follow the instructions?
We need to create a UI to display the upload size setting for all user belonging to a group.
AFAIK your requirement is not supported.
What do you mean by Upload Size setting. I hope this can be simply handled in the UI by using validations and a!match() and given the logged In User belongs to a particular group. You can display the same in a grid or as an instruction below your Upload field.
Agreed. Over-engineering sometimes simply results in overkilling.
