Hi Team,
When i select multiple records, it is showing in the grid. If you search with the linkable fields it shows me the summary about that record. But if I hit back on the screen, the records i have selected vanishes. I have to again select and access their details. Is there any way we can configure the interface to get the screen that shows the grid fields.

We do not know anything about that interface. It is really hard to follow your description.
Can you help us out with some details?
It feels like you have some local variables which, when navigating away and then hitting the browser "Back" button are reset. If this is the case, you cannot change this. Did you consider to "open" that link in a new tab?
