priyankah Why do you want to show user profile image in form? Because, when you move to SITE, Appian automatically detects users profile images and shows the same on the Top Right Corner, and this do not require any configuration. So i feel, there is no need of displaying user profile image on an Interface.

This is making the assumption that the designer is only interested in showing the profile picture of the active user, and only in the system-designated location (upper right corner), etc. Even though the original poster didn't specify, I can imagine many diverse use cases where a form designer would want to pull and show the profile picture of an arbitrary other user of the system. I think the user profile picture utilities plug-in linked above is probably the best bet.
