Hello All , 
 
 Any suggestions how to create an Interface that will just look like "The submit review " functionality when we submit a review in Uber /Zomato . 
 [ex: 3- 4 stars can be seen and when we click one them their colour changes or greyed out ]

Using a rich text display field, you can use the star icons to build such a UI.

hi Prakash you can use rich texts as Stefan Helzle mentioned, I would also share the sail design system you can go through this link for different patterns and guidelines on how to use different components in Appian Do's and dont's that would help for design intuitive UIs.
