Upload field Browse button. About 30% of the time, there's indefinite spinning or "Working..." shows indefinitely and hangs the screen so users are not able to upload. Worse than not being able to upload, if they are stuck and can't save and have to close the screen to start over, they lose all previous data entered and have to re-enter. There were even cases where it spun indefinitely, let the user click on the action button to submit the task and then DELETED the instance after it was submitted. What do you tell your users on the best practice to ensure the out of the box Browse button does not cause an issue. Is there a preferred workaround?

We tested and could not find a trend on threshold file size or certain type of files it doesn't like being uploaded from local computer. Are you aware of any file size limitation or file types not recommended? Thanks....

After you select the file with the browse button the file is sent to the server. The behavior you're seeing could potentially indicate a network issue where the file cannot get uploaded successfully.

Another possible root cause is the web server limiting the size of the request preventing the upload of certain size of files. What web server are you using? IIS?
