multiple drop down selection

I am not able to select multiple selection from the multiple drop down list and able to select single option,I am getting error like below. Please suggest in the code what needs to be done

getting below error if I select multiple options.

    It seems the error happened in the button save into, not in the drop down selection. Can you share the full code snippet including the button saveinto and the datatype of the ri variables. This will help to provide the proper solution.

    Can you share the declaration of the variable local!selectedfranchiseId?
