In Portal, there is a link to Tempo. Is there any way in Tempo to provide a link back to Portal? We are currently about 5% Tempo/95% Portal, and users want to be able to navigate back and forth between the two UIs. ...

You can use the Applications Drop-down on Tempo (top right corner, sandwiched between the AppianLogo and the User Display name) so that the Users can go to the Portal Application from Tempo without having to change the URL from /suite/tempo to /suite/apps.
