In Portal, there is a link to Tempo. Is there any way in Tempo to provide a link back to Portal? We are currently about 5% Tempo/95% Portal, and users want to be able to navigate back and forth between the two UIs. ...

Excellent. Works like a charm. The setting that controls this in custom.properties is conf.navigation.SHOW_APPLICATIONS_MENU.
