How to remove the "appian" logo from top-right corner of Site. I didn't find any option in site configuration.

In the site Navigation bar setting choose Mercury instead of Helium and select your preferred logo.

In the site configuration we have a option for logo and select your preferred logo.
There is no option to remove the logo. The one which you are seeing is a default logo, you can replace this with logo of your choice with the methods discussed in the thread.
