I tried to complete a user's task via Chrome browser by adding a signature using the a!signatureField. But the signature gets disappeared after it's drawn. Does anyone know the root cause and a solution for it?

Yes, in desktop browser, the issue isn't there.
Yes, it happens in Android Mobile Web Browsers only. Not even in iOS Safari.
