while opening the site user facing the below issue and after some time its getting resolved automatically
DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON appian
please help me on this how we can resolve the issue , its happening frequently.

What kind of environment is this?
Hi Stefan Helzle its happening in the production.
FYI :- we are using on-premises environment.
I suggest to talk to your admins and open a support case.
