TCN is a system used for auto-dialling customers in our use case. Currently, TCN interfaces are used to auto-dial the customers and record the communications. However, with Appian coming into picture, we are now exploring the option to embed the TCN Screen into Appian interfaces. Your inputs here are highly appreciated here on achieving this.

Can you share a few more details? Especially, what exactly is this "TCN Screen"?
In general, Appian supports embedding external web content, but without allowing any interaction between the surrounding UI and the embedding. And then there are component plugins.
What I mean by TCN Screen is their(TCN system's) UI where the agent currently dials/take calls/forward or pause calls etc. Is it possible to bring that same UI to appian interface along with some other data.
