styledTextEditorField not allowing the tables for On-Premises

Question

Hi team, 
 we are unable to add table format in styledTextEditorField 
 current version - 25.2.350.0 
 
 docs.appian.com/.../Styled_Text_Editor_Component.html 
 
 and just want to know about we have seen that in 25.2 version below 2 features are enabled in styledTextEditorField. and please suggest me how to use below 2 features

Yes correct by clicking that icon you can add table then you can use more functionality by doing this. Table data store as HTML tags.

As a hint, all components (and almost all rules/functions) have a help dialog that shows up under the interface design editor, showing what the various parameters do (and what their defaults are). The behavior for the Styled Text Editor, for example, is shown pretty clearly here:
