Appian Community and Appian Academy are being upgraded. From July 24–August 3, the Appian Community will be in read-only mode. During this time, the site will be read-only and user registration will be disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but a more secure, stable, and performant Community experience is coming soon!
The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.
I'm getting a problem with the 'isButtonFooterFixed' parameter in formLayout.
I'm not able to get the behaviour expected when the interface is opened in a dialog.
If i open another action with exactly the same configuation but in a New page instead of in a dialog box, it is working fine.
Do I need to configure something else or is it just a behaviour that is not possible to achieve in Appian?
Thank you!

Which Appian version are you seeing this behavior in?
By default buttons are fixed in a dialog even if parameter is not configured so this not working can be an Appian environment issue
I'm working in 25.4 version right now.
I read in the formLayout documentation that the behaviour should be the correct even if I do not set the parameter to true, but it is not working on dialog, only on new page.
It might be an environment issue then. Suggest you to discuss with other teams working on the same environment if they are facing something similar. An environment restart might help resolve this so reach out to Appian Support team for resolution
