Has anyone else encountered an "Accept Error" being displayed to a use

Has anyone else encountered an "Accept Error" being displayed to a user accepting a task (assigned to multiple users initially) in the portal interface? We are on Appian 7.3. This is occurring across different applications, across different servers - each time a user accepts a task, the "Accept Error" message is displayed where the task name was, only for a few seconds, then the task name is filled back in and everything moves along as normal.. This doesn't appear to be creating any issues, but has generated some questions. Thoughts? See attached.....

Chris - I can replicate this as well. I am not sure the cause. As you mentioned, it goes away and I can continue without issue. I will report back if I find anything out, but just wanted to let you know that I can see the same behavior and you are not alone :-)
