I collect the City, State and Zip in 3 seperate PVs (pv!city, pv!state, pv!zip).

I collect the City, State and Zip in 3 seperate PVs (pv!city, pv!state, pv!zip). I am using the append to show them in a single field in a record. append({rf!city,rf!state,rf!zip}). Here is what is displayed example: Knoxville; TN; 37922.
Is there a way to display these values as follows:
Knoxville, TN 37922
As you can see a comma and space seperate the city state and then 2 spaces seperate the state and zip.

The joinarray() function allows you to choose your separator.

Mike, I agree with Josh's suggestion but remember that it will be worth putting this in a reusable rule as you may use it in many places.
