Hi,
I have issues in displaying date value in SAIL component. I am getting a datetime field from a DB and when i put the same in my SIAL(we are using date field, not date time and no conversions made to display the date), the date is displayed as one day less. For eg: in the data base the value is stored as "2015-02-12 00:00:00.0000000 +00:00" but when we get this to Appian, we are getting 2/11/2015 7:00 PM. We are using web service to get the DB details as the DB connection is not set directly from Appian. Also the user preference time zone is set to Eastern Timezone. Is this something to do with time zones or??? We are on Appian cloud and 7.7 version.

Have a look at the local() function which I think is what you might need. Also some additional topics about how date and time are stored and displayed in Appian:
