I have a Documents/Knowledge Base folder with sub folders in it. For a particular application there is a folder with 4000 subfolders, most of which have files inside. I want to clean these up and was looking at some of he largest folders by Size. A number of the larger folders are in the 50-100MB range, but when I open the folders to examine the files there are some with either zero files or only a small number of tiny (100k) files.

I have full System Administrator access and there are no pending files. The folders in question are 1+ years old and were upgraded with Appian from 6.6.0 through over time to our current 7.6 environment (in production).

1) why are some folders showing up with large sizes, but with zero apparent files in them.
2) when I go to download an 'empty' folder with a 103mb size I see this error:
Download Problem - The Folder(s) you selected contain no documents, or the documents have not yet been approved.
