Is there a simple SAIL formula for a Grid that allows adding/deleting items with

Is there a simple SAIL formula for a Grid that allows adding/deleting items with just a single column. I have a CDT that contains one field that is a multiple of type text and I'll like to have an update form that allows a user to add/delete this field from a dropdown of choices?

The current example "Add, Edit, and Remove Data in an Inline Editable Grid", assumes many data elements, and I'd like to start a little simpler
