Is there any workaround on how we can display dropdown values based on selected dropdown without using javascript or wizard type forms? Our requirement should be mobile-enabled thus we're having problem on how to show ex: State based on selected Region/District and Country etc. Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks in advance....

Could you solve this by flipping the sequence of events? For example, have the user enter their city/state in the first screen, then use logic or queries to deduce the County, Region, and Country? This approach would be an even simpler user experience and allows you to keep the form mobile-enabled.
