Hi,
When I am trying to access form I am getting below error message.

"The value provided for “inlinefileupload12” in the configuration for form field “Default Value” does not match the expected type (Folder). Value: ERROR:Work item cancelled. "

I cross checked all the fields in the form all the mappings seems to be fine..

It might you have not given the folder type varaiable. If you have given the folder id(integer) then please convert it to folder type. If you post your code then it will be useful to find the issue exactly.

Use "tofolder(<folderID>)" to convert to folder type.

We have a PV of type Folder and that pv has value also

Maybe the process was started by a deactivated user and it's causing issues evaluating expressions.
