Hello,
I have an "Execute Report with Multiple Filters" form. I have multiple input filters, but one of them is not working correctly - that is when I filter by a user name. Operation value for the ReportTextColumnFilter is "=", but it acts as it is "like", because I get more results than expected.
There is no option in the "Execute Report with Multiple Filters" form to filter a column by a user name, so i convert the user name (in the report and in the process model into a text-string variable) and i use "ReportTextColumnFilter".
If you have some experience with filtering user names in "Execute Report with Multiple Filters" form, I would very much appreciate your help.

Do you use the userId or user name? Could it be that multiple users have the same user name resulting in the filter bringing data from all these users?

Which version of Appian are you using? In the report and in the model, how are you converting to a text string? Prior to 6.7, usernames were surrounded by double-quotes when converted to a string. To get a user's user name, you should use the expression =user(pv!user, "username")

just a word of caution - you cant use user() function within a report. so you need to do this on the process model on which the report is based.
