I am facing a problem with the userPicker control. There is a "groupFilter" property for the userPicker control. When it is set, it will only allow to select users from that group. The issue I have noticed is that, I have set it to a group and it gives correct suggestions in IE 9. I tested it in Firefox 33.0.3 and Google Chrome 43. It does not show the suggesstions at all. Has anyone faced this issue? Any workaround? I am using Appian 7.8

I had set the Group Privacy Policy to "High" and Group Type to "Private". As a result, suggestions were not coming in the userPicker for basic user. I have changed Privacy to "Low" and Group type to "Public". It now suggests the values.

@sumeetk, I was wondering what could be wrong for some time. I observed that the issue was not occuring for admin user. It confirmed that it was definitely an issue with Group security. This made me realize the importance of "Group Privacy" and "Group Type" which is usually ignored by a lot of developers..
