Is there a way to create a picker field that selects from all constants in the Appian instance? (For example: I have a contant cons!TEST, and want that constant to be selectable from a picker field in a tempo form)

I would suggest that selecting from all constants would perform extremely poorly; there could be thousands of constants and so the form would load very slowly, if at all. Da you have a more specific requirement?
