Is there a way to create a picker field that selects from all constants in the Appian instance? (For example: I have a contant cons!TEST, and want that constant to be selectable from a picker field in a tempo form)

More specifically I would like to pull from the list of Data Store Entities. I was hoping for something like the picker that exists natively in the Appian designer expression views.
