How to Display All Pages of an Uploaded Document in a Sail Form

Requirement is to display all the pages of an uploaded document in a form, let me know how this can be done?

For rendering the images I created a process model that can handle different file types. In the process model which uploads document this is used as a sub process. As the conversion is completed you can show them on any SAIL UI.
