Cannot submit form upon button click

I have made a file upload field (a!fileUploadField) on a SAIL form as required.
But, it is still allowing me to submit the form.

Let me know what can be wrong.

@Everyone, I was using a!buttonWidget() instead of a!buttonWidgetSubmit(). I fixed that.
