In the Message field by using ="<a href='

In the Message field by using
="<a href='www.google.com'><img src='172.18.1.27:8080/.../a>" we can have an image and after click on that image we can navigate to http://www.google.com.
but this is not supported on mobile...so is there any way to show this functionality on the mobile....
