Is there any easy way to implement mouse-over functionality for radio-button text or labels? For example, when moving mouse over an element , I want a box to appear with additional text, like a caption for an image.

@srinivasm If you are asking the question in the context of SAIL, then to the best of my knowledge it isn't possible and 'instructions' (though static and without hover over) is the only way to get the job done as of now.

I had done the same by using two column in my SAIL UI by placing an ICON Next to each field in second column.and in that used captions to display the mouse-over text.
